Eric Wignall is an online educator and digital media researcher with over 20 years of experience in instructional and media design. He is the Coordinator of the Center for Online Teaching and Learning at Governors State University in University Park, Illinois. Prof. Wignall’s work in digital media interaction revolves around the roles of individuals in shifting online contexts. He began his career in publishing and broadcast media and now develops and supports online e-learning systems. He is completing a Ph.D. in Communication at Purdue University.
