Manager, Assessment Development, Western Governors University
Randall Case is the Manager of Objective Assessment Development at Western Governors University, directly responsible for the creation and maintenance of computer-based exams for the university’s programs. His background includes over 20 years experience in direct instruction, distance education, educational technology, psychometrics and test development. Randall has a bachelor’s degree in secondary education, magna cum laude, from Olivet College, and a master’s degree in Anthropology from Western Michigan University, specializing in Educational Anthropology. He is currently completing a Ph.D. in Educational Technology.
