Faced with a context of continuous technological, economic, social, and global change, colleges and universities must consider both the challenges and opportunities. How are three successful and very different institutions facing and embracing this change? What impact does multi-faceted change have on institutional mission, strategic priorities, structure, and accountability? What’s needed to re-conceptualize teaching and learning, student services, organizational infrastructure, faculty development, and relationships with stakeholders? This distinguished panel will describe the keys to their institution’s current success, share their frameworks and strategies for managing change, and articulate a compelling vision for the future of their colleges.
