Golf: Several golf courses are located in and around Saratoga including Airway Meadows Golf Club, Eagle Crest Golf Club, Kingswood Golf Club, Saratoga Lake Golf Club, Saratoga National Golf Club, Saratoga Spa Golf Course, and Van Patten Golf Club.

Airway Meadows is located 7 miles north of Saratoga Springs off Rte. 50. Just 15 minutes or so from downtown Saratoga.
New York State Military Museum And Veterans Research Center: The Museum/Research Center, housed in an historic 1889 armory, has one of the finest military history collections in the country. Revolving displays tell the stories of New York's citizen soldiers, veterans and the state's rich military history. The library contains a fine collection of military photographs, records, manuscripts, and oral history tapes.
Saratoga Battlefields: Let history unfold as you tour along a National Scenic Byway and the mighty Hudson River. A battle that turned the tide and set the course for democracy, a hero before his fall from grace...all of this and more in Saratoga County!
Lake George Opera at Saratoga: A 472 seat theater engaging audiences through superior music making and storytelling. An intimate opera experience.
Lincoln Mineral Baths: Located in the beautiful Spa State Park and famous for relaxing mineral baths, features spa services including massage, aromatherapy, reflexology, facials and other body treatments.
Museums: Several museums are located in Saratoga, including the National Museum Of Racing And Hall Of Fame, the National Museum Of Dance And Hall Of Fame, the Saratoga Automobile Museum, and the Saratoga Springs History Museum.
Roosevelt Baths and Spa: Experience the luxury of Saratoga’s naturally effervescent waters located in the heart of Saratoga Spa State Park. Guests from around the country indulge in the mineral springs. Regular bathing in mineral springs is considered by many to be an important factor in preventive health care. The mineral water is combined with hot tap water to bring the water temperature to 97° Fahrenheit. This keeps the carbonation at its peak. Using the mineral springs can have physical benefits and psychological benefits, reducing stress and strengthening the body's overall functioning.

Saratoga National Historical Park: Site of the Revolutionary War Battle of Saratoga.
Saratoga Performing Arts Center (SPAC): Saratoga Performing Arts Center, open June through September, is the summer home of New York City Ballet, The Philadelphia Orchestra, Saratoga Wine & Food Festival, Freihofer's Jazz Festival, and Saratoga Chamber Music Festival.
Shopping: There is a combination of antique and specialty stores on Broadway in Saratoga, all within walking distance of the hotel.
Yaddo: an artists' community located on a 400-acre estate in Saratoga Springs, New York. Its mission is to nurture the creative process by providing an opportunity for artists to work without interruption in a supportive environment.

Adirondack Mountains: The Adirondack Mountains are located just north of Saratoga Springs. Of
particular interest are hiking in the High Peaks, the Adirondack Museum, Lake George, and Lake Placid. Also of interest to check out, is the Wild Center at the Natural History Museum of the Adirondacks located in nearby Tupper Lake, and Fort Ticonderoga, located in nearby Ticonderoga.
Lake George: Resort town located less than an hour due north from Saratoga Springs in the Adirondack Mountains. Activities include hiking, boating, fishing, amusement parks, shopping (outlets), mini-golf, Fort William Henry Museum, and more.
Lake Placid: Home of the 1976 Winter Olympics, located about 2 hours northwest of Saratoga Springs.
Finger Lakes: Wine tours, state parks, hiking, and fishing – located two to three miles east or Saratoga Springs. The Sherwood Inn at the northern tip of Skaneateles Lake is a perfect place to stay in the middle of the Finger Lakes.
Catskill Mountains: Located about 2 hours south of Saratoga Springs and are home to Woodstock, many historical sites and museums and beautiful hiking trails, among other things.
Berkshire Mountains: Located about 90 minutes southeast of Saratoga Springs in Western Massachusetts and offer attractions like the Norman Rockwell Museum, outlet shopping, hiking, and traditional New England towns, like Lenox, Pittsfield, and West Stockbridge.
Vermont: Located about one to two hours from Saratoga Springs. Vermont borders NY to the east and you can visit historical Bennington, Manchester (home to shopping) and several other resort towns.
New York City: Located 3½ hours due south of Saratoga Springs. Home to Broadway, world class shopping in Manhattan, and Yankee Stadium in the Bronx.
Boston: Located about 3½ hours east of Saratoga Springs.
Niagara Falls: Located about 6 hours west of Saratoga Springs.
Montreal: Located 3 hours due north of Saratoga Springs.
Cooperstown: Located about 2 hours south west of Saratoga Springs. The Cooperstown area is internationally known for its many museums and attractions including the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum, The Farmers' Museum, Fenimore Art Museum, National Soccer Hall of Fame, Glimmerglass Opera, and Hyde Hall among others.
