Ann Marie Vaughan is Director of Distance Education and Learning Technologies at Memorial University in Newfoundland & Labrador, Canada. Memorial@Home is the university’s distance education service. Currently, over 350 undergraduate and graduate degree-credit courses are offered across 10 faculties and schools. Ann Marie is active in regional economic development and is a member of many boards dedicated to social and economic development in Newfoundland and Labrador. She is also passionate about international development having undertaken projects in Sri Lanka, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, and Brunei.
