Humbert, Joeann

Joeann Humbert is Director of Online Learning at the Rochester Institute of Technology. She is responsible for all facets of online learning at RIT—from faculty and course development to online student support. Joeann has written and presented on educational technology for national and international audiences. She serves on the board of the National University Telecommunications Network, on the Horizon Project Advisory Board of the New Media Consortium, and has served as a reviewer for the New York State Education Department Office of Higher Education for several Institutional Capability Reviews for distance learning.
