Andrea Duff is a Learning Adviser at the University of South Australia (UniSA) with a specialty in online teaching and learning. Her role is to assist students to work with the unique online environments at UniSA and to provide leadership in envisaging new ways to use technology to support students. Recently Andrea and her colleagues were awarded best paper at the 10th Pacific Rim First Year in Higher Education Conference in Brisbane, Queensland, for their work with student engagement and blogging. She has published in the areas of online teaching and learning, international students and journalism, and academic integrity and international engineering students.
