Melissa Fleischmann has worked in the field of education for more than six years. She has experience in classroom instruction, student administration, program coordination, technical training and data collection. As a strategic analyst for higher education, Melissa helps develop and maintain relationships with clients and conduct strategic business projects for Hezel Associates. Program development and relationship management for IQAT, the Interactive Quality Assessment Tool, has resulted in the continued success of the benchmarking tool and the satisfaction of IQAT members. Prior to joining Hezel Associates, Ms. Fleischmann worked with individuals and corporate clients to assess their technical training programs and develop appropriate curricula for computer training.
